[comp.sys.intel] Unknown INTeL Chip

ethan@thinc.UUCP (Ethan Lish of THINC) (12/04/90)

Greetings -

	I am looking at an INTeL chip.  The markings are;

			iD27010
			 -250V05
			 U83900935
			 i '85

	What is this chip? and where can I find out more about it?

		Thanks in advance,
			Ethan

It is an EPROM chip with the following characteristics:
             128K x 8 bit, 250ns Access time, 5v (+-5%) pwr,
             HMOS II-E process, 32-pin Cerdip package,
             Quick-Pulse Programming(TM) Algorithm,
             Inteligent Identifier(TM) for automated programming,
             TTL compatibility....
  (This was obtained from Intel data sheet 290105-004 which is included in
   the Intel 'Memory Components Handbook 1989' order number 210830-008.)
