I'm using Xenix V3.2 release 1.8 on my Zenith 248 AT compatible. When I use the development package to compile even a simple program with the command: cc hello.c I get the error message /bin/ld: invalid object module Input file: /lib/Ssegimp.o (A) pos: a record type : 96 If I use other memory models the message still occurs with Ssegimp.o replaced by the appropriate file ( Sseg, Mseg, or Lseg ). I've been fighting this for several days now, and haven't found any thing in the manuals to help. Any ideas on what I'm doing wrong would be greatly appreciated. (Forget calling Zenith - their tech. line has been busy for the last two days, I've dialed that Number a LOT! ). Thanks. Peter Collins ...hoa!noao!arizona!caset!peter
