Microport System V/AT version 2.3 contains a binary "cpiopc", which prints a usage message remniscent of standard cpio. I cannot find documentation for "cpiopc" anywhere. Can someone enlighten me as to its purpose? Microport Techs: Your documentation leaves a lot to be desired. How about a readme file with the next version which gives a one-line description of every file not documented in the standard manual sections? This would be especially helpful for all the exotic files in /etc! Wolf Paul ihnp4!killer!dcs!wnp

Do a "man cpiopc" and you will get the information you want. In terms of the undocumented files in the /etc directory, send a list of what you want researched to rutgers!uwvax!uwspan!microport and we'll discuss it in our new newsgroup.
