Has anyone set up an Ethernet system with Microsoft Xenix 386? I'd like to find out what cards you have found to be effective and reliable. Here is what I'd like to do... Zenith 386 with 4 MB RAM couple of large hard disks some type of smart multi-serial card Ethernet card connected to a campus wide Ethernet I want to be able to have logins via the serial card and also to have multiple tcp-ip logins via Telnet and/or FTP. Can anyone help? Thanks PS I know I have to have Xenix-Net. Excelan says they have xenix/386 support in beta, look for it about end of 1st quarter, if not sooner. Bell Technologies says they have either smart or dumb 6 port serial cards for xenix/386.
