[comp.unix.xenix] XENIX 286 2.2 vs. the Wyse 60

mdf@tut.cis.ohio-state.edu (Mark D. Freeman) (01/20/88)

I'm putting some WY-60 terminals on my system, and am having a bit of
trouble. I am using the termcap entries supplied in the standard
/etc/termcap file SCO supplies.

The function keys are off by one. (I press F2 and the program recieves
what it thinks is F3.) This works fine on the console.

When using microemacs, the control-codes are acted on by the terminal
(^K moves up one line instead of deleting to end-of-line, ^S is XOFF,
not search, etc.) This also works fine on the console.

Anyone have any ideas?
