1. I have an ANADEX printer connected to the parallel port of Sperry PC/IT running Xenix 2.1.3. From time to time, the printer whould print double letters (ie. instead of xenix it would print xeenix). Any ideas? The printer prints ok when running DOS. 2. A uucp connection between two Sperry PC/ITs running Xenix 2.1.3 simply does not work. The connection is a direct serial cable between two serial ports. What happens is that one PC manage to log into the other PC and start a uucico session ( I see that when I give the command 'uucico -r1 -snode -x9') but NOTHING is exchanged between the two machines and they seem to wait one for each other until a time-out (though there is a lot of mail in the spool directory).
