I am still trying to get an answer out of SCO about this infinite spill compiler error. However, waiting for them does not get my problem solved. I have tried the -Dregister=auto trick, and it didn't seem to work The program I am trying to compile is uemacs 3.8b. Has anyone else been able to get it to work under XENIX? If so, would you mind sharing your compiler flags or patches to the program? Please email, and I will summarize the result if anyone else is interested.
