[comp.unix.xenix] elm on Xenix 386

mechsfm@ness386.UUCP (Shawn McDonald 512+377-6226) (06/30/88)

Has anybody out there gotten elm to work on Xenix. We are running
Xenix 2.2.3 on a 386. I have been able to get it to compile and link, but
when I invoke it, it gives me a bunch of control charaters and the ends.
I am using elm 1.5. If anybody has gotten it to work, could they either
post any fixes to the group or email them to me?

Thanks.

We have elm 1.5 running on an Altos 2000, which at the moment has Xenix System
V/386 -- v. 5.2c I think. I don't remember having to do anything fancy to
get it to work.
