We just purchases Xenix 386 from SCO and I forgot to ask if it would
work with our Everex tape unit we use under Dos right now. If we
put it in our 386, could we get drivers for SCO Xenix for it? From
whom?

The cartridge tape driver in Xenix 2.3 works fine with the Exerex tape
and long board interface adapter. The short board doesn't work.
Previous versions of Xenix were less than perfect with the Everex.
