I lately tried to install SCO XENIX 386 V.2.2.2 on a COMPAQ 386 25Mhz with a VGA Display. After I hit RETURN at the boot-prompt the screen got garbled. How can I run XENIX on VGA Displays ? Can I change the Display Adpater setup ? Thanks Florian flog@norad ...!mcvax!cernvax!impch!norad!flog

We use an Orchid VGA with Xenix 386 V.2.2.3 without any of the problems you mention. We're running on a AT&T 6386E WGS, but I doubt if that's relevant; it sounds like the problem is in the VGA card you are using. Robert

VGA support (EGA modes only) was added in 2.2.3.
