[net.unix-wizards] caesar under 4.2

We have been running 'caesar' (the VLSI chip layout tool) under 4.1BSD.
We recently converted to 4.2 and found caesar to be heavily dependant on
the old 4.1 signal handling and inter-process communication.  We do not
want to tackle this.  Has anyone already made this conversion or know how
we can get a hold of the author?
