I can't get my new Archive XL 40M to work with Xenix-286 2.2.3. After doing /etc/mkdev tape /dev/rctmini appeared as a new device. Running sysadmin, selecting 40M mini-cartridge drive produces: backing up /dev/rroot to /dev/rctmini backup: cannot create /dev/rctmini I am logged-in as root. The drive is a 5540, "for use with 1.2MB compatible floppy controller." ...!gatech!stiatl!todd Todd Merriman
