I have run into a problem with cu which someone may be able solve. When connected to another computer with cu, the command "~>file_name" should divert the screen input to a file. This is according to the manual and past experience with other UN*X systems. However, the divert command does not work on our XEN*X system, which is a 286, SCO Release level 2.2.3. When invoked, all that happens is an error message saying "Use '~~' to start line with '~'". I have UN*X experience and am used to the syntax of the cu divert command. Even so, I am either missing something syntactically, or there is a problem with cu. Does anyone have any suggestions about what I am doing wrong or what may be causing the problem? Any help is appreciated !!! Gary Lewin ------------------------------------------------------------------------- USMAIL: P.O.
