We have been asked by our customer to present the cost of converting our applications software from the 286 IBM Xenix 2 systems we have been using for 3-4 years to the latest SCO Xenix for the 286. If anyone knows of portability problems between the two or reasons not to do this, please let me know. Also if you know good reasons to do it please respond. Our applications environment is a couple of drivers for custom hardware and a lot of screen I/O with the console as a dedicated operator terminal.
