I am in need of an auto-baud detect routine for Xenix 386 2.2.3 system. On our 286 version we had one that would adjust the baud and exec the original getty. The problem now is that the new getty program sends init strings to the modems when it is started. This technique therefore doesn't work. I am in dire need of a solution to this since some people that call my system can't produce a BREAK. If there is indead a way to change Xenix to use <RETURN> instead of <BREAK> to toggle the baud at login, that will work just fine. Or just eliminating the init strings the getty sends would also work. Any help or suggestions would be most welcome. Thanks you! James
