[comp.unix.xenix] PD getty on SCO 386 & termcap problem

dpw@lemuria.UUCP (Darryl P. Wagoner) (04/27/89)

I am about to port a PD getty to SCO 386 xenix and I know very little
about SCO or xenix. Is there any pitfalls that I should be carefully
of? Like how does it control bi-directional ports?

Also when I dial in from a vt320 or a unix pc, vi doesn't seem to
work correctly. Is there a problem with termcap or what?

Thanks for any help that you can give me.

I ran into a problem with the <CNTRL>,sdf keys returning nulls.
Capital <CNTRL>,sdf seem to work fine. Is there a fix for this?
