A "last" revision of arc521 for **IX was recently issued. I have rewritten the makefile and the #includes for several files so that the programs (arc, marc) compile properly under SCO 286 Xenix. Among other things this version fixes the problem of core dumps on zero length files. I will mail the alterations (complete replacement files) upon request.
