I think this is one of frequently asked questions, altought I haven't seen it asked for long time so I ask it now : How can I make bootable floppy disk on xenix? I'm running sco xenix re. 2.2.2 on 386 machine with floppy (1.2M) & 3.5'' (1.4M) drivers. Hannu Tauriainen tauriain@cs.helsinki.fi

On Xenix 2.2.4, or on Xenix 2.3GT, the command would be /etc/mkdev fd The program will prompt you about just making a file-system on a floppy, or about making a bootable floppy. -- Jean-Pierre Radley CIS: 72160,1341 jpr@jpradley.UUCP
