I need some help. A couple of times I have corrupted my filesystem for one reason or another. When fsck runs at boot time, I get the message for duplicate blocks ( B DUP I=I ). I have never been able to recover from this (I didn't today either). Fsck halts after phase 1, and I am stuck with a corrupt file system. Is this recoverable, is there a way to determine which other inode is pointing at the block in question, and how can I clear the inode in error. Also is there a good reference on what I can do with fsdb in cases like this? Dewey Paciaffi eddjp@althea.UUCP
