About 3 weeks ago I posted the following request to comp.sources.wanted. The problem is that, just after I posted it, my system went down for about 2.5 weeks, so I've undoubtably missed any replies that were posted, so I'll try again (& cross-post, too *:^): A while ago someone posted a program to the net which (I believe) performed a "call-back" function, i.e., a user (previously set up for call-back access) would call in to a system, enter a username/password combination, hang up, and wait for that system to call him/her back at a pre-set (or maybe entered during the above procedure) phone number. I have a need for this program now and, of coourse, I didn't save it when it was originally posted. I would greatly appreciate it if someone would mail it to me. If it matters, I will be using it on a Xenix system ('286 2.2.3 now, '386 [hopefully] later). BTW, I will NOT be using this program for increased security, but to effectively 'reverse' the telephone charges for the (re)connection. Thanks again. -- +------------------------------------------------------------------------------+ | Peter Franks | pete@indep1.mcs.com OR pete@indep1.uucp | | NI9D | Use whichever one works | +------------------------------------------------------------------------------+
