[comp.unix.xenix] SCO UNIX 3.2 - Slow Telebit

I just replaced XENIX 2.2.4 with SCO 3.2 UNIX.  The transer rate over the
Telebit lines (either incoming or outgoing) has decreased from 9600+ to 1200.
All of the hardware remained the same, and uucp (HDB) was transfered
from the old system (Systems, Dialers, Permissions,...).  Has anyone
had this problem?  THe first thing that I checked was the S111 register
and it was correctly set.  Any help would be appreciated.
