I have duly noted that SCO Xenix release 2.3.x shows a high degree of COFF binary compatibility. What exactly does this get me? I've been using mainly 68000-based Suns in recent years, and so it appears the COFF compatibility will not have much impact on me from this standpoint. Where exactly are the gains? Do a lot of systems support Sys V/386 binary files? Please pardon the ignorance. Enlightenment will be much appreciated :-). -Richard L.
