How about it? We have a driver of uncertain pedigree which often causes our 780 to crash when users do DMA. We apparently have something referred to as a 'Berkeley PROM' in one of our units and that unit has proved to be completely intractable. Even when using the serial interface, AED users frequently have problems with overflow. Nobody here (including me) knows much about the beasts so some of these problems could be hardware, but a good driver (and some friendly advice?) would help out a lot. I'd appreciate anything you can tell me about these things, especially about 'Berkeley PROMs'.
