I have managed to get the freely-distributable BSD 4.3 talk/talkd, which implements the "ntalk" protocol, to (*barely*) work on SCO XENIX 386 2.3.2 running SCO's TCP/IP. It works, but has quirks, and definitely needs some more work. However, since I probably don't have time to work more on the port in the near future, if anyone is interested, I can make what (little) I done available for others to base their work on.
