I am looking for a shell script called 'unblock' (I think..) that will tell fragments of a uuencoded file (such as in c.b.i.pc) and put them together. If someone has it, please email me a copy, thanks in advance Glenn Ford ..uunet!ocsmd!stsim!glenn

Save all the parts (in order) to one file and do sed '/^END/,/^BEGIN/d' bigfile | uudecode End of problem. You can also save the parts in separate files if you can see some reason to do so. -- bill davidsen - davidsen@sixhub.uucp (uunet!crdgw1!sixhub!davidsen) sysop *IX BBS and Public Access UNIX moderator of comp.binaries.ibm.pc "Getting old is bad, but it beats the hell out of the alternative" -anon
