[comp.unix.xenix] DPT SmartCache controller & UNIX

I'm trying to put together a SCO UNIX system for someone who's already
gone out and bought a 386 clone. He wants a 150MB drive and I'm thinking
of recommending the DPT SmartCache controller and the CDC/Imprimis Wren
150MB drive. Anyone out there actually used the DPT controller under
UNIX? Any problems? Any comments/suggestions would be appreciated!

Close, I'm using a Consensys Cache Controller with 4meg memory on an ESDI
CDC/Imprimis 675 drive. Performance is VERY good. I did have to make
a boot floppy because of a rom incompatibility on an old machine, TI-1300.
