Well, I have a copy of SCO ODT 1.0.0 386 GT 104-200-900 here and the license agreement says: "1. PERMITTED USES. This License is intended for the use of OPEN DESKTOP SOFTWARE (the SOFTWARE) on a single computer supporting only a single user." ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^ Pretty clear on the legal bit, but the papers, flyers and color supplements don't indicate that the "non-multiuser" (sorry, "non-server-upgrade") version is actually the "non-plural-user" version. Based on the previous XENIX and UNIX offerings, and knowing how AT&T licensing works, one would assume this would be a 2-user license. But then, it could be one of the other pieces (Ingress, Motif, etc) that is the limiting licensing factor. <My opinion, and not that of my employer who is out getting the Server upgrade....> Frank Durda IV @ <trsvax!uhclem> ...decvax!microsoft!trsvax!uhclem ...hal6000!trsvax!uhclem
