Has anybody succeeded to install and run win3 under VP/ix or Merge/386 ? It seems that win3 installation do some 286 or 386 commands to test the hardware although I use option /r (Cannot emulate instruction ...). -- Pentti Soini pena@yj.data.nokia.fi Nokia Data, General Systems, Finland +358-0-5673987 Tech. Some of the guys in my group have Windows3.0 working under VP/ix, the way you install it is, bootup on DOS and install it on the DOS partition (you have to have a DOS partition to install it), then boot up on UNIX and run VP/ix and run Windows3.0 in the 8088 mode. Truth is sometimes stranger than fiction.
