Greetings. I am wondering if there exists an easily obtainable copy of a kermit server for Xenix. I can FTP if necessary. Can the Sys V/AT&T kermit stuff be tweaked and run under xenix? +-----Siggy Tarbust--------------------------------------------------+ | Mike Murray, NCR NPD, St. Paul Email: mike.murray@StPaul.NCR.COM | | Voice: Tenor (612) 638-8393 Quote: "Things break, Colonel." | +--------------------------------------------------------------------+ -- +-----Siggy Tarbust--------------------------------------------------+ | Mike Murray, NCR NPD, St. Paul Email: murray@StPaul.NCR.COM | | Voice: Tenor (612) 638-8393 Quote: "Things break, Colonel." | +--------------------------------------------------------------------+

There is a version of C-Kermit which runs on Xenix '386 available for anonymous ftp on unix.secs.oakland.edu (35.146.180.2). It contains both source and a compiled object. There is one source module missing, but I'll fix that soon. The directory should be pub/xenix/kermit. Gcc is also there, under pub/xenix/gcc. Ron. -- | Ronald J.
