It looks like I may have an opportunity to buy some Archive 2150s
tape drives at a good price. If this comes together, I will need to
buy at least five units to get a good price. I don't know exactly
what the price will be, but I believe it will be around $450. I do
know that the unit price is $495. I would like to pay the lesser
price (surprise!), but I have no need for five tape drives. I have
seen several requests for sources for these drives, so I'm led to
believe that there may be several people who would like to join me in
getting one of these drives. I intend to make no profit, and take no
responsibility other that coordination. If it breaks, you deal with
it. If you are interested, email me, and we will work out an
arrangement. DON'T post.
Also, if you know that this isn't such a good price and know where to
do better, I would appreciate a warning.
