Is there a group which currently discusses issues relating to the building and use of environments to support the programming process? We often hear of IPSEs and APSEs and Programmer's workbenches and ... and Smalltalk and ... and Interlisp and ... Since there are numerous ideas (at different levels of sophistication) floating around, it seems to me that there could be some fruitful discussion possibilities. Does this already happen somewhere? Am I just missing out? Is anybody interested? These and other questions answered in the next exciting episode of ...
