Way back when I was in junior high we had a PDP-8/e with core memory (our teacher used to be so proud of the the memory that he would often power down to show somebody the little doughnut ferric cores; are you out there Mr. Mic?) Anyways, back to the topic, just like you IBM users who played music with the emitted RF, we used to do the same thing. You just take an AM radio and put it near your computer, then run the program (song) or your choice. Some of them were x-mas songs, and one year we set it up so that it would get broadcast over the school's intercom when it got close to x-mas break (of course we had the full permission of the administration). The most interesting song that I remember was one that played it's tune using not only the radio, but also the beeper (bell) on the console (de de da fa la BEEP fa la la...)
