After reading this article in November, I wrote to the Inter Tribal Council
of Arizona, Inc.; a response states that "Presently, only the Navajo Nation
participates in the Daylight Saving Time policy, due to its large size and
location in three states."

An updated time zone information file reflecting the above (as well as other
changes provided by Guy Harris) should be posted to comp.sources.unix shortly.
("Shortly" is defined as "after I get hold of the equation of time for 1988,
so I can do the Riyadh table.")

And as to whether you can save money on those late-evening summertime Arizona
phone calls by crossing the border. . .
