I am posting this for a friend: -------------------- Maybe you can help me. What I am looking for is commercially available software that will allow me to run my business out of my home. What I am interested in is software that will help me as a salesman for a mid-size company on the West Coast. I am just getting started, so I am not all that familer with what is out there. The things that I am looking to be able to keep track of on my computer is my personal expenses ( for reimbursement and tax purposes), appointments, phone numbers, and outstanding jobs. I also need a word processor so that I will be able to create different form letters and also be able to keep up correspondance with the home office. In other words, what I am looking for is: If were going to be a salesman working out of your own home and you don't have much experience in PC's, what software would you use to keep track of costs, appointments, letters, etc.?
