Does anyone have info on Nubus pin-outs/timing/connectors etc... seems to be some confusions at my place about what NUbus is all about. Thanks in advance bruce

Re: NuBus spec The NuBus spec is supposed to finally be available from the IEEE as IEEE-1196; it took an inordinate amount of time for them to get it into print, but I think it's not available. More useful for designers of Mac II add-in is the book "Designing Cards and Drivers for the Mac II and Mac SE", written by Apple and published by Addison-Wesley. It includes essentially all the info in the IEEE document, plus the extensions and additional definitions added by apple. And for ongoing coverage of NuBus interface chips, NeXT's implementation, and other developments, the best source is the Microprocessor Report newsletter. (Disclaimer: I'm the editor and publisher).
