[comp.misc] Wanted: source for some chips

I need the following chips (or equivalents):

    Mitsubishi M5165P-70 (an 8Kx8 70ns SRAM)
    Mitsubishi M21C68P-35 (an 4Kx4 35ns SRAM)

I need 5 of the M5165Ps and 4 of the M21C68Ps.

Mitsubishi says they no longer manufacture the M21C68Ps and I would not be
able to get any M5165Ps through the electronic components people.

Does anyone know where I can get these parts?  Any help will be appreciated.
