There was a front page article in the times this morning about a new data link to the soviet union. There were several mentions that computer hobbyists were among those making use of the new network. Would anyone know how hobbyists are accessing this network? I'm interested in getting information. There was mention in the article of putting the Russians on Usenet but apparently there was too much opposition. Please reply by mail to one of the addresses below.
