[comp.misc] Looking for Deskjet Cartrages.

I am looking for a source for 3rd party DeskJet print cartrages.  I want non-HP
cartrages, as the HP ones are water soluble, tend to be DOA (10% or so), and
are expensive (~$19.00 each).  I was told that someone makes a permanent ink
one.

I am fairly cetain that there are no third party ink cartridges
available for the deskjet.  HP is said to be readying a newer ink
formula that is not water soluable (according to the April issue of
IEEE Computer).
