I am writing a book on speech synthesis and its use by disabled people. I understand that Digital have a new synthesizer called DecVoice available. However, according to the British section of the company (at least the man I talked to there) it is not available in this country, and he knew nothing about it, nor could he find out any more about it. DecTalk was a significant development in synthesizers - and is already mentioned often in the current draft of the book, and the book will be published internationally, it would be a serious omission not to mention its successor. Is there anyone in Digital in the States who could furnish me with more information, please. Thank you, in anticipation.
