[comp.misc] Jargon File Addition

While watching someone struggle with an ANSI C compiler, I
thought of a possible addition to the jargon file. I haven't
really perused the file, but I didn't notice any ANSI C
reference.  How about the following:

ANSI C: ["Asinine-C"] n., acronymn for A Non-Standard Interface to C
