Greetings all!! I need a to get some copies of the little forms that almost all univeristies have students sign before they are issued an account. The reason I'm looking for them is that a certain institution that I am sorta affiliated (hint, hint, wink wink) with needs to implement this setup and I am looking for examples. The basic jist of the form should be "I wont muck up the system, steal passwords, or cheat on my homework, and since I signed this, you can take me to court on it". I remember signing these things every semester for temporary accounts, and a general one for anything related to university (not just the accounts). If anybody has one, or knows what they look like, or can suggest what kind of wording should be used, or know of a better newsgroup to ask in, please E-Mail me. If there is any "me-too's" I will summarize. Any lawyer types who would be willing to drop some "free" advice could possibly be considered "favorably" for cases involving situations of this nature.
