Can someone tell me the system name where the texts of Supreme Court rulings are posted first? I know they're on uunet.uu.net, but don't know how timely new postings appear there. And, in the same connection, is there any mailing list to which new postings are announced? Thanks. -- UUCP: {rutgers|ames|uunet}!mimsy!woodb!fallst!tkevans INTERNET: tkevans%fallst@wb3ffv.ampr.org Tim Evans 2201 Brookhaven Ct, Fallston, MD 21047

I don't know about a mailing list, but I can tell you that the project which puts them on-line is (I believe) located at Case Western Reserve University, and that you can get decisions from the "/hermes" anonymous ftp directory on ftp.cwru.edu. See the "README.FIRST" and "README.SECOND" files in that directory for more information. (I'm posting this instead of mailing it because it's probably of interest to other people.) -- Jonathan Kamens USnail: MIT Project Athena 11 Ashford Terrace jik@Athena.MIT.EDU Allston, MA 02134 Office: 617-253-8085 Home: 617-782-0710
