Hello from the year 2013!! My name is Prof. Duncan Potter, Department of Computing Science and Artificial Intelligence, Edinburgh University in Scotland. This message is being posted via an experimental time-machine which is being built for use with our world-wide distributed operating system called Pasghetti 4.1.5A (Pasghetti because it uses a PASCAL-like programming language and "spaghetti" because its links span the world like a bowl of spaghetti). In a few days, I'll attempt to transmit some technical information relating to the theory on which this "inter-temporal posting mechanism" works. Perhaps you can build this device and communicate with us. This post is either going to make it to 1985, 1988 or 1991. Am I correct. (Don't answer - I won't be able to hear the response). Dr. Duncan Sinead Potter Professor of Computer Science Edinburgh University, Scotland, UK ---- The biggest lie: "I had no idea they were so corrupt..", President Quayle on the HEW fraud scandal
