I don't know if this a good place to post, but here goes! I'm investigating various forms of rapid prototyping (i.e. "Desktop Modeling"), and am interested in any information dealing with the subject. In particular, I am interested in speaking to someone (perhaps a local sales rep(s)) that can explain the details of each competing technology, and perhaps give a short presentation to a small group of people. The technologies that I'm aware of are: 1. StereoLithography, 2. Selective Laser Sintering (SLS), 3. Fused Deposition Modeling (FDM), and 4. Laminated Object Manufacturing (LOM). And, of course, the many slight variations of these "core" technologies. Please reply via e-mail or call: Kevin Engelbert (206) 356-5761 Thanks in advance.... kebert@tc.fluke.com
