In the Fall, 1987, issue of _Engineering and Science_, which is published by Cal Tech, there is an article by Feynman about his experiences on the Challenger committee. It inclues discussion of how he came to make a minority report. There is also a comment that copies of the Feynman appendix to the report can be obtained by requesting from _E & S_. The only address I have is the one in the front of the magazine, which may be intended for subscription matters.
