There is an article in the 8 Feb 1988 issue of Forbes magazine called
"It's time to bust up NASA" which is a very interesting read. I don't
feel well suited to try to abstract the article, but I would encourage
those who have access to find and read it.
I would also love to see Mr Henry Spenser provide his usual high quality
of abstract and commentary on the article. Are you out there listening

I have a terrible memory for things like the spelling of names, and once I get into the editor from `notes', there's no way to go back to check the spelling without having what has been edited, posted. My humble apologies.
