[sci.space.shuttle] Forbes blasts NASA

mears@hpindda.HP.COM (David B. Mears) (02/10/88)

There is an article in the 8 Feb 1988 issue of Forbes magazine called
"It's time to bust up NASA" which is a very interesting read. I don't
feel well suited to try to abstract the article, but I would encourage
those who have access to find and read it.

I would also love to see Mr Henry Spenser provide his usual high quality
of abstract and commentary on the article. Are you out there listening
Henry?

Assuming you're referring to Henry Spencer (not Henry Spenser, who I've
never heard of) :-), I'm here, but I was away last week and missed my
chance to pick up that issue.

Sorry. I have a terrible memory for things like the spelling of names,
and once I get into the editor from `notes', there's no way to go back
to check the spelling without having what has been edited, posted. My
humble apologies.

If you have the chance to borrow the issue of Forbes from a friend or
your local public library, I'd still be interested in your comments.
