[net.unix-wizards] Looking for /dev/fd driver

A while ago, somebody posted a driver for 'fd', a pseudo-device to allow i/o
to open files (for 4.2bsd).  I, being careless, lost it in our system
somewhere.  Whoever posted it, could you mail me another copy?  THanks.

Actually, the posted /dev/fd was for 4.1BSD.  It came from Fred Blonder
here at the University of Maryland.  I'll bundle up the 4.2 driver and
post it.
