[] Those of you with satellite dish thingies, watch NASA Select on July 4. The Discovery rollout to the pad is scheduled to begin 1 minute past midnight on July 4. 15 minutes after the first motion of the crawler there will be a small ceremony. The crew of STS-26 will be presented wiht a book containing the signatures of the KSC workers who helped with their mission. The coverage will continue for the next hour or so, then will go down until morning light is bright enough at about 5:30 Eastern time. From there the on-pad cameras will take over, (for how long, I don't know). -- *** mike (starship janitor) smithwick *** "Being a dwarf does have it's shortcomings" [disclaimer : nope, I don't work for NASA, I take full blame for my ideas]
