If you happen to live in one of the (comparatively) few cities in the country that is graced with the presence of a "Government Bookstore", then start your quest for the Rodger's commission report there. That is where I got mine: at the Houston Government Bookstore. As I recall there are only about 20 to 30 of them scattered thruout the country. If they do not have a copy then they will order it for you. They also have many many NASA posters (from manned and unmanned flights) as well as other interesting (useful?) government publications.
