39-B is now targeted for 12:01 a.m. EST Tuesday, Jan. 31.
Schedulers are currently assessing the impact to the assessed
launch date of Feb. 23.
Meanwhile, workers at the launch pad loaded hydrazine aboard
the Tracking and Data Relay Satellite yesterday and will
pressurize the tank today. The STS-29 payload will be loaded into

pad.
